Does anyone here use http://www.hkdnr.hk/ for .hk domain names?

If you sell a .hk domain name, is it a free push to another person with the same registrar or are there any fees involved?

Unfortunately I have not. But you might want to try browsing the domains for sale forums and see what .hk names are for sale there.

At last resort, ask the members who are selling those names to see if they know (given no responses here)

I have some names there, not sure about the push. Seems like you could just provide the logon info, since it seemed like I had to set up a new account for each name .

I don't understand why there would they would need to charge for a push if someone sells a domian when it's probably all done electronically anyway.

Does anyone know of any coupon/promo codes for hkdnr.hk?

I emailed them directly & this was their reply.

Thank you for your enquiry. If you would like to change the registrant name to another holder, transfer of domain name is necessary. For more details, please refer to https://www.hkdnr.hk/legal/instruction_TNR.jsp

When going to the link, it says:

Fees
All transfer applications will incur a HK$500 Transfer Fee.

The Registration Fee for the Domain Name being transferred must be paid in addition to the Transfer Fee. The Transferee may choose to pay the Registration Fee for one year, or for multiple years. For the fee schedule which sets out the Registration Fees for each type of Domain Name CLICK here.

I'm a bit confused with this. Is the Transferee the person who buys the name from you?
