"Upload" is a good keyword. In my opinion, "hi" hinders it a bit. I would say low $xxx.

Name is OK....but not sure what kind business/site it can be developped to monitize...so $xx even 9 years old...imo

With "Hi" in front of the keyword "Upload" it becomes a brandable domain. Personally, I'm not too crazy about it. I see it as regfee to low $xx reseller and high $xx - low $xxx enduser.

TopChat.net - maybe high XX$ - low XXX$ for the right end-user.
AdminHub.net - reg fee..

That's only my opinion and this industry is quite subjective..
