Vice-President of Sales, Marketing, Finance

This is the most important position in the company, since we will be needing efficient, goal-oriented, motivated and above all, trustworthy, individuals helping the company making decisions, managing day-to-day issues, and making sure all aspects are running smoothly.
Job Description
- Pay invoices to network provider as they come up every month (appropriate information will be disclosed) from our PayPal account -> Trustworthiness and Experience is a MUST
- Perform order verification and procedures to set up new accounts for customers -> both resellers and shared. For resellers, it is not done through a root WHM, but a unique procedure that will be outlined to you
- Check and Update financial statistics for company. Knowing Excel is necessary to tabulate income/expenditures and expected monthly revenues/surpluses
- Communication with admin to update sales reports, financial situation, etc.
- Respond to customer or techncian requests that cannot be performed by support department (eg. requesting SSH access with our provider, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- You must not be affiliated with a competing hosting company, or have plans for building your own in the near future
- You must have experience with customer service responses and requests, and know the appropriate way to deal with harder issues
- You must be trustworthy, honest, motivated, hard-working, reliable and possess good communication skills. If you don't have any one quality mentioned above, your application will not be considered.
- You must not work for the money, but work for the good of the company. Since you will have access to our funds, you must be at all times honest and report everything.
- You must be able to work independently, without monitoring or checking
- The job does NOT require you to have a lot of time every day, but expect to check-in and verify everyday, for at least 2-3 hours. Some days may have more work with paying invoices, handling orders, etc.

Support Techncian & Sales Representative

This is also a vital position to ensure new customers or returning customers are handled quickly and appropriately.
NOTE: We do not receive more than 3 tickets/week and only a few support requests, so support volume is generally very low. We are a small-medium sized company only, started more than a year ago. However, staying on live help is required since it will benefit all customers who need it. Therefore, monthly payment is not high compared to other companies.
Job Description
- Handle sales questions, using information provided on our website
- Answer technical questions regarding a user's account, such as setting up accounts in WHM, add-on domains in CPanel, nameservers, etc.
- Respond to both Live and Email tickets efficiently and knowledgeably
- Respond appropriately to questions that you cannot answer without further information (either from our company or other sources)
- Communication with admin to update new sales, questions that cannot be answered.
- Create email tickets for users that have questions and will need updating later on. eg. if a enquiry was left on online chat, you create a ticket and update with a response once the job is done
- Know how to use WHM, CPanel in and out. Can perform account backups, account restores, mySQL imports, exports, and other technical skills. Know how to guide users in doing it if they want to learn as well
- Performing third-party installations: such as vBulletin, IPB, forums, php scripts, cgi scripts, modifications or upgrades of web software. You will be given a small bonus for doing these jobs.
