[HIRING] PHP, HTML Programmer.

I'm about to launch my webdesign site of http://www.urbansixdesign.com, just need to finish the final touches on the site and fix all the kinks. But I'm the designer and I have a cfm coder but most projects require php of somesort so I'm in need of a very talented PHP coder.

What I'm looking for.

No Companies, I'll lay that out right now. I want an individual who can work with me one on one for projects. You will be payed as projects come in. This is a team effort that I want, I need someone preferrably someone younger because I want someone that I can actually be friends with and work together on projects.

Applicant needs to have AIM because thats what I mainly work through, phone support is also a good plus.
