A google search for "Highway Code" returns www.highwaycode.gov.uk in the first position but the fifth spot is another .info www.speedace.info/highway_code.htm so this would certainly indicate a good possibility that the namespace you’re using has a chance to rank well in google. Development will be the key.

i say good domain with a lot of potential. develop it the right way and you are looking at some big bucks IMO :D. good luck

The name has SOME potential. Thats a capital S on some. Its because the potential visitors may be very little. Possibly if the site offered shortcut routes for travel, goods etc. RFID on trucks. etc. That would be good if not great idea.

Well, I not really an appraiser for domains, but the names descent in my opinion.

I see this as a great reference site that should be developed! Maybe a Highway Patrol information site?

I would say high $xx if undeveloped and sold together.
