What would be the highest-paying publisher that accepts PAYPAL. (That excludes Adsense!) I've tried AdEngage, Clicksor, and Neoffic... Does anyone have a suggestion?

yea i use pop-unders too.. i have a good traffic cuz my site has adult content(Clicksor allows porn :P) i dont know about XML Feeds. i also suggest adultadworld.com (CPM) for adult sites but they dont pay to paypal.. only cheques..

I just got accepted to Chitika. It has an amazing look and customizable look to match anything. So far I have made a huge 19c out of the 33c I made total. So they took less than half, but still enough. And it does not look like they do impressions, which I think is retarded.
