High ranking well established domain – I have questions

I want to offer a domain that I have owned for eight years for sale. I am seeking suggestions on the best way to offer it for sale.

It is a currently active eight year old domain.
It had 4,999 hits and 629 unique visitors in Feb 2007.

It ranks very highly for many search terms.
As an example for the term "Jumbo Home Loan"
It currently ranks 14 in DMOZ
It ranks 7 in Google
It ranks 6 in MSN
It ranks #1 in ASK.com

This would make an excellent domain for a mortgage loan vendor or seller wanting to make an immediate impact in the non-conforming loan market.
