As per my experience namepros accepts everyone irrespective of their origin ,race , ethnicity, language etc. Even if you are on Mars but you are a domainer , namepros will accept you in that case as well

Domaining is both a simple but yet very complex industry. It's not really something someone can fully explain to you quickly .. the best thing is to just start reading and learning. There's TONS of free information right here at NamePros .. I also suggest the various industry podcasts and blogs.
