Hi, I wanted to do a quick introduction. I'm an American with a little extra time on my hands right now who is trying to learn the basics of internet marketing. I don't have any website building experience, but started two blogs. They are both new, and need a lot of work. I have a few ideas for some other sites I am (or may be) interested in starting in the future and decided to buy the domain names I wanted, along with a few similar/related names.
Well, now I have about 10 domain names sitting there that I should be making money on. I saw godaddy makes money off the parked domains and they want quite a bit of money to get a share of that money. I did some research and ended up here.
I've been reading a lot and will continue reading everything I can here. I'm going to park my domains at SEDO after I get verified, see how they do and see it that will work for me. I am also interested in possibly hosting them and making mini-sites until they are ready to be developed. I guess I have a lot of reading and experimentation to do.
I registered all of my domains privately so my name doesn't show up anywhere. Is this a mistake? Will it stop sites like sedo and whypark from parking my domains?
