Hi I have just set up my first website (froma template) and really enjoyed it so am setting about to learn more.

Before I start can anyone offer me a few tips on where best to spend my money............

I have free access to
Macromedia dream weaver 4
Macromedia dream weaver MX6
Macromedia dream weaver MX2004
Hotmetal pro 6
Frontpage 2000
Frontpage 2003

I don't mind spending a little money now to buy something else if it would be a lot better as I dont want to spend the next year learning to work in one app to then find i've wasted my time, what do experienced people recomend?

Same questions for art packages, i have access to PSP8 or adobe photoshop 7, which is best to learn?

If you have access to DreamWeaver MX2004 then there is no point in spending for anything else - you got the best.

For graphics PSP is easier to learn (less options) but eventually you'll wanna go for Photoshop. You might consider FireWorks as well, plays real nice with DreamWeaver.
