This popular Star Trek term is already taken in .com/org/info/biz/co.uk/tv/eu and some other country codes.

"Holodeck" = 275 OVT, about half a million Google.

Hold onto this name. There is a technology that is out there for virtual reality that is just like the holodeck (only the designers call it "the cave"). You wear a body suit (for all-over body sensation) goggles, and even hearing devices for the "total" experience. I don't know the status of this project, but in 2004 I did an independent study on the technology. If they work out all the bugs and it's affordable to the general public, this name will gain a great deal in value.

I agree that the .net ext is great for this type of name, too.
