High marks for being hilarious on various planes and levels; hard to find any specific use for this name at all that makes sense... obviously you're on the right track with anything std-related;
Nice playful name that might serve well to make visitors feel friendly if it's a site containing info on Sexually Transmitted Diseases; avoidance, treatment, and dealing with the diseases, and how they affect relationships... in other words, coming to harmony with the situation.
Doubt there's any value to resellers, unless they see the real ha ha factor, or have a strong inclination to develop into something health-site wise.
I do enjoy this name very much; it's both funny and friendly, and I'll stress its aptness for a friendly std-info site. But value-wise, I think only in developing.

Two things to consider, I guess; looking at traffic - even though dating is popular for sites these days, I wonder just how many people with herpes would ever check into a site for that purpose... certainly not something most young people - who mostly populate the date sites - feel comfortable advertising about themselves; I would think that a LOT more people would appreciate this as a herpes-sufferer friendly site rather than as a dating site...that's just me considering traffic.
The other thing to consider is what you enjoy; if you would rather enjoy this as a dating site, you gotta keep yourself happy first, since that's usually what leads to a successful site.

Why not do both? Split the site into a dating area, and have a handydandy reference area right there onsite replete with all the related health facts and info links you can find?

Thanks for your advice and ideas. I have been doing research and there are quite a few herpes dating sites. One site, www.mpwh.net has over 40,000 members. At $17.00 a month for a membership they are making alot of money. Google herpes singles or herpes dating.
