The ref. "space resort" might have a tm against it, so if I were you i'd look in to that as a possible issue first. As for your helpguru.com domain, it is reasonably brandable and could find a buyer.

Finding a buyer for spaceresort.com will be difficult, but if you did find that rare individual or co. then I don't see why it couldn't sell for US$3000 or thereabouts. The helpguru.com domain could also sell for a similar price; again, assuming you manage to get that perfect sale.
