okay where was i?
o ya, so i started e-mailing all these seed companies and saying that i had a good cause and the amount that they charge for seeds is more than some people in the world make in a month and all the newby growers who usssually fail miserably on their first crop and stuff like that. out of about 100+ e-mails i never got a single reply. then i sent them all another message asking them why they refuse to suppport the very community that has made them rich by giving away a bit of their product for a good cause. by this time we had about 600 members and i urged them all to e-mail these guys and i started posting copies of my e-mails on the site. before you know it, i have these guys giving 500 seeds at a time. retail that would be about $5000 worth of seeds. anyways that will give you an idea about my tenacity and my ability to get **** done. i gave johnnyreeferseed away a couple of months ago. after getting arrested for cultivation, i figured that it would be better for the security of everyone if i left the site. things have kind of fallen apart over ther since then.
about getting busted? that is nothing to me, i am a bonofide medical user and a canadian citizen. i went to the police station and demanded my equipment back. they said they would drop the charges if i surrendered my equipment, i said forget that! i want my stuff back. i haven't heard anything about it since, but i'm thinking about taking them to small claims court. one thing i learned right away is that growers are afraid of their own shadows. this pisses me off greatly because i figure if everyone who grows and uses just outs themselves, there would be no way that the governments of canada or the us would be able to incarcerate them all. i am not a criminal, i will not allow myself to be viewed as one, nor will i act as one. that is the way i am. i post pictures of my grows( and myself) all over the internet and have no fear of the law whatsoever. which brings me to the main point, how do you raise money from a site like the one i speak of?
first of all, the internet mj industry is remarkably large. check out overgrow and cannibus culture. these are just two of hundreds of sites on the internet devoted solely to growing and consuming marijuana. growing indoors can be a very costly venture. last time the police raided my house, i figure that i lost about $2500 to $3000 worth of equipment. you saimply cannot grow indoors without spending over $500 dollars. that would be enough to supply one user with mj constantly for many years. if you were to buy the stuff on the street, the same amount would cost about $250 a month which is equal to $3000 a year. so not only are you not supporting your local organized crime group with $, but you saving alot of $ as well as the fact that you know what you asre smoking because you grew it yourself.
every day in north america, there are millions of dollars spent on growing equipment. ie: seeds, pipes, bongs, nutreients,lights, air pumps, water pumps, buckets, deodorizors, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, water testers, nutrient testers. these are just a few thing i can think of off the top of my head.
my goal is to get a piece of every bit of that market through my website!
how will i accomplish this?
well for one, i am well known and trusted in the industry. credidbility is important for sure. secondly, it isn't going to cost the consumer a penny. and finally, it is a much needed rewsource that has been needed for a long time. here is what is out there.
#1.a bunch of seedbanks- half of which are purely scandalkous. they build big fancy websites and advertise seeds that don't even exist and then when they get the money, they never send the seeds. what are you going to do? call the cops? no, you are going to call me and i'm going to make sure that anyone who uses my site, never sends these rip-off scam artists a penny. now there are some good seedcompanies out ther for sure, i know a few of the owners personally and they are honest business peoiple just trying to make a living. these are the ones i will sell advertising to.
#2. you know the old saying, "fishing lures are made to catch fishermen/women more than fish."
well the same thing is true of the mj industry. SNAKEOIL! there are all kinds of nutrient companies out there selling stuff for big$$$ that probably has little to absolutely no effect on your plants at all. basically, i could piss in a bottle and build a big fancy web sitew, buy a bit of advertising and next thing you know, i'm getting rich off of my own piss. i know gardening, i also know biology and plant physiology. i also know how to carry out empirical reseach and produce reliable data from it. i will tell the people if these nutrients are worth there weight in pennies or dog poo.lol
are you guys and gals getting the plan yet. i want everyone who ever buys any mj growing or consuming product to go through my site. i will already have tested the product they are looking to buy and be able to give them the true information on the product and tell them whether or not it is worth the $$$$$$$$.
i will maintain integrity and credibility by never advertising a product that i haven't personally tested and deemed suitable in price and functionality.
where will i get the products?
the're going to give them to me.lolololol. who is they? the owners of the companies thast sell them. why? because if they don't, then they will see their sales start to decline, while the companies that are willing to put their products to the test will notice a marked increase in sales.
the concept is really so simple that iwill have little to no problem implimenting it once i ghet the site built.

professional photos?- well photography is one of the most important parts of the internet mj industry. i have a sony right now, but it is a piece of crap. i will e-mail the manufacturer and tell them that i bought a $900 piece of crap from them, but i am willing to give them another chance if they are willing to send me one of their later models to try out and review on my website, otherwise, i'll be going with your competitors. stuff of this nature can be quite costly, so i would probably return something like that to the company after i reviewed it, unless they insisted on me keeping it, in which case i would give it away to one of my registered members in a contest.

events calendars- and public relations would all be areas that are controlled by the editor of the rag(that would be me.)

interviews- all small matters. i am an activist, so i should be able to get interviews with some pretty important people once the site becomes 100, 000 members plus, and it will.
so now tell me that i am pipe dreaming and i will tell you that you are sadly mistaken.lol
that's about all i have to say on the matter for now.
i know you techies are alot more cautios by nature than your average joe/joesephine. if you aren't willing to take a chance, then you will miss out on what could be one of the most important things that you have ever come accross. i never fail, i simply will not allow failure to be part of my phsyque. anyone who gets beside me now will not regret it. if not, then please answer my original question and i will start building this thing myself. i am capable, but it may take a long time.
