I need to know how many pages my site has including the ghost/hidden pages and have found no free tools anywhere to do this, can anyone make a suggestion?

I think you need to give us more information to help you out. If you have access to your webserver, why not just count the pages you have there?

I'm not sure what you mean by ghost/hidden pages either?
