Ok I own www.VNIX.ca a hosting website where we resell but the host I have an account with is down but their main site is still up I have tried contacting them I'm losing alot of clients and money becasue this company want can I do anyone know anything about what could be happening? my account has been offline for about a week. The company is www.hosting2theworld.com

Can you phone them? and if you can't you may have made a bad hosting choice.

1) just keep waitin
2)phone them
3) email email email them tell u get help
Phone them man i personaly never have my problem solved only when i phone

I would email them, phone them, send in many support tickets and stuf like that
