Help with terminology

Okay, I've been selling domain names for about 18 months. Have used both Sedo and Afternic and a few on eBay.
Now, my question is, what is meant by some of these terms:

PR3 or PR$??
Yahoo Rating/Ranking??
SEO??

I have been holding off asking because as many as I've sold I felt stupid . . .but I just keep remembering what my teachers said . . there is no stupid question!

Thanks for the clarification. But, just one more question. When you say page rank. Do you mean if I do a search for the name, then however many pages I need to click through until I find it, that is the page rank?
For example: I own MexorylSales.com. I looked it up on Google and it was on Page 4, showing listed with Afternic. Would that mean it is a PR4 name?

No Page Rank is a measure of Importance of the Page in Google's Search criteria
