So here's one of many ways to go about selling a domain. Every domainer has a different approach and I'm in no way saying this is the exact way to do it, so just keep that in mind.
1. Say the domain name out loud to yourself and really think hard about it. In this case, "TV Magazine.com" The very first question that comes to mind is, do people even read tv magazines? Is that a popular niche/industry? Are there any companies spending money to make tv magazines? If there are, I would say not a whole lot. And magazines are something that are becoming obsolete. Everything is online nowadays including magazines. So, my decision from there would be, this name is not very valuable and will be nearly impossible to sell.
2. Look at the extension - The fact that the extension is not even a .com would make it less valuable because .com is the most widely known extension. .co.uk is considered a geo-domain since mainly the country that uses it is UK. So, that significantly limits the amount of people to approach to try to sell, which like I mentioned earlier will be difficult already.
3. Perform a google search with the keyword and see what other websites and businesses you can find with a similar name. Maybe you find a company who owns "TV-Magazines.co.uk" in that case this would be the first person on my list to contact since you have the better version of the name.
4. Find their contact info and send them a brief email mentioning how you're the owner of TVMagazines.co.uk and was wondering if they'd be interested in purchasing.
5. As soon as you contact all the potential buyers for your name, move on. Do a better job in acquiring a better name that has value, then rinse and repeat.
I hope that helps.
