Help With DomainSponsor

I have never used a PPC program before. Just signed up with DomainSponsor but I can't find a thing anywhere on there site about how to add your domains to the program! They mention things you can do (link change DNS and monitor up to 2000 domains) but no a word on HOW you do any of it and as far as I can tell there is nowhere on the site to do it. Rather amazing.

Will someone who has a DS account please fill me in? Someone at another forum posted about this same problem and asked for help but never got a reply so I didn't learn anything from that thread. Wrote to DS but who knows how long it will take to get a reply. I'd like to get these set up this weekend.

Also, without any personal experience in utilizing the service ... I would offer that you may wish to PM esteemed fellow NP member "CenterPoint" (Paul) who posted the following in a related thread:

I currently use DomainSponsor for some of my traffic names, but will be moving shortly as they don't recognize traffic from anywhere other than the US.

Knowing him as I do, he'd be more than happy to hopefully assist with the present situation you're experiencing, Duke.
Good Luck with it. :)

Duke, here's the instructions I gleemed from their site. There are lots of ways to use their service, they are pretty flexible.

http://domainsponsor.oversee.net/wizard/domain_embedded_explanation.phtml

Also

http://domainsponsor.oversee.net/wizard/no_optimization_explanation.phtml

You might have to be logged in to view those pages.

No need to tell DS what domains you own. Just use the code they provide you with one of those methods and you get credit for it.

Thanks -RJ- . I can't find links to either of those pages anywhere on the DS site, but your links work fine. Looks like I would use the redirection method. They havent provided me with any code though. The example they give is this:

http://landing.domainsponsor.com/?a_id=<A_ID>&domainname=<DOMAIN-NAME>

says to insert your domain name - so let's say I have sex.com (wishful thinking but might as well dream big), would I insert my ds account number between the <A_ID>brackets and the domain name between the <DOMAIN-NAME> bracket so it would look like this (not my real account number):

http://landing.domainsponsor.com/?a_id=<ds123>&domainname=<sex.com>

Does that look about right or are they supposed to give me some additional code? Thanks for your help!

Almost right. If your account number was ds123, you would redirect sex.com to
http://landing.domainsponsor.com/?a_id=123&domainname=sex.com

Thanks -RJ-! I will try that and recommend that DomainSponsor give you a bonus for your excellent customer service performance!

Now, one other thing....could you help me acquire sex.com?
:p
