domain Help with domain valuation

Hi,

Would appreciate opinions on MakeSolarPower.biz name. Potential sale value to end-user, to domainer? Possible development uses?

Right now this domain is hosting a blog on solar power and I'm looking to get a valuation and any ideas on how to monetize the website.

This domain has been holding a first page listings on the major Search Engines for the main key word phrase: "make solar power"

On Google it holds a #9 spot

On Yahoo it holds a #1 spot

On MSN it holds a #1 spot

On Ask it holds a #3 spot

It is listed on all the above Search engines for various other related keywords as well and is receiving about 200 unique visitors per month.

Any and all suggestions would be most helpful.

Reseller price: $0 - regfee. .biz domains have never really taken off and even three letter .biz domains can found at low to mid $xx range.

It is close to impossible to say what an end-user would want to pay for this one. Do some market research and contact some companies within the business of renewable energy, you might be lucky to reach just the right decision maker. Anyway go for end-users, this domain is worthless on the reseller market.
