HELP: protect a domain by

Does anyone know in which country/regions I can register trademarks by the most convenient/easiest way?(which do not require actual use in commerce)

I urgently need to protect one of my domains by register it as trademark.

Benelux.

Caveat: at the top of my head for now I recall one UDRP decision where the
respondent lost despite getting a Benelux trademark.

May I ask: why lost? is it a generic term?
