domain Help! Please Appraise. Considering Offer.

Hi: Thanks for stopping by. I have 50 domain names-- one representing each State. They start with Find followed by the State and end with houses.com.
An example would be FindCaliforniaHouses.com.

The Question for the appraisal is: How much do you think the whole portfolio is worth considering this is a group of domains that could be developed into a lucrative real estate network?

I've had an offer on them without marketing the portfolio at all. Please post here or PM and Thanks in advance for your help.

My guess is mid $XXX per domain at the most..this is from a novice.

If I were you I'd ask myself: How long have I owned these and how many offers have I had? Am I actually going to use these these for any projects or are they strictly for reselling? How much did/will they cost me vs your offer. If you can make a decent profit % by selling and need the cash, go for it. Although patience is key when holding investments, many are left holding the bag. I have refused offers for domains and later regreted not selling. Just my 2 cents. Hope you can make a nice deal.

I think in selling one you may create a market for the others, so sell would be my opinion.

Thanks for all the response so far. I'm still in a quandry about selling, however, since I bought them all to develop and now lack the time with other projects as a web developer.

^ How much is the offer for, and from whom? :gl:

"FindStateHouses.com" are all a bit long and somewhat unprofessional ("homes" versus, for instance, summer "house(s)" rentals, etc), IMHO. Three words and most Real Estate agents would pay beaucoup d'argent for premium domains, not ones they perceive as less than stellar, in my view.

Depending on your present offer (as referenced above) for the "package", I'd accept Reg. fee+ - Reg. fee+/+ x 50 for 'em in a "Quick Sale", in my view.

The offer turned out to be bogus, but at least it prompted me to make a decision and I've put the domain names up for sale here on NamePros and Afternic.
