Hi all

I am looking for a site where I can check what extensions of a particular word is registered.

I am looking to search the main country extensions like this

.com, net, org, info, biz, tv,

UK - .co.uk
Germany - .de
Australia - .com.au
China - .cn
India - .in
New Zealand - co.nz
Canada - .ca
Japan - .jp


I want to avoid checking 2nd-rate extensions like these, just the main country extensions

.com.cn
.cn.com
.firm.in
.org.uk


Is there a good site to do searches like this, I have been using Name.com and it searches a lot but you have to go a de-select all the weird extension you dont want.

Any help would be appreciated??

it's probably not what you are looking for , but these two sites give you an overall idea of how many TLDs are registered for a keyword/domain

SpeedNames

EuropeanDomainCentre

both have many TLDs , though results are not always reliable (a registered domain might appear available in some cases)

also prices are very high (they are mostly targetted towards company brand protection)








another one is DomainDiscount24 (registration page)

quite a lot of extensions ... again you have to select/deselect TLDs ... but after you select the ones you want then it only checks those ones in the consecutive searches (scroll down for the search box at the search results)

prices are a little expensive but there are some TLDs that might be rather fair priced

I am really looking for a bulk search site, where you can search a word or multiple words and it will tell which extensions are taken/available - having a whois option next to that would be even better

Just looking for possible end-users etc

if you are after end-users/end-user-sites/etc , DomainDiscount24 has a link for whois next to the taken domains as well as a hyperlink to the website





for some domains/TLDs the whois might a VeriSign-type whois (no registrant name) but I think in that whois page there is also another whois link to full whois (with registrant name)





(note: to see what I mean by VeriSign-type whois ... go to the official VeriSign Whois page and check a domain there)

This one has all of the ones your looking for except the .jp
http://www.namespro.ca - click on advanced search for the
other TLD's - results also have whois option.
