opinion Help Needed - About an English term

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Hello pros

I read about the prefix ex-. I saw some said my excar, my exneighborhood, ....

So, what about the term "exluxe". would it work for a second hand luxury bags and watches online store?

No.

Used.

I've never heard ex-car or ex-neighborhood either; this would be previous car and former neighborhood respectably.

More common usage would be an ex person: ex-girlfriend, ex-boyfriend, ex-wife, ex-husband, ex-boss (would say former boss to be more politically correct and polite though).

I see. Thank you David for your response.

I found that it is a kind of slang. I found only few people called things that was owning it: excar, exdog
