hello every one im a nwebee to this webdesning related things now wanna have my own smf forum so i downloaded smf and according to manual i started uploading filed i did evry thing correct (as given in read me file) but not able to acces that can any buddy in this forum tell me wat is the problem or teach me how to make an smf forum

yeah man i created data base and also user name i did every thing according to manual my host is www.9999mb.com

Well what error messages are you getting? or the URL to your site, hard for us to help unless we know exactly what the problem is

I have used SMF in detail. I could definately help. Like everyone else has said what step are you on, what is the error message, and what is the URL? If you still don't find answers, feel free to PM me.
