Which one is the best you think?

i tried GAKT and found e-cigarettes.xyz is the best. But i am warried that people will type the '-' :p

Edited: Pls assume .xyz is a country code (cctld) and do NOT warry about the availability of these.

if your target audience is in Europe hyphen is totally OK
what's more important is tld - choose the strongest..
if they are all in the same tld think twice before taking anything in obscure zones like .ws, .cc, .so etc - bad choice for e-commerce site
if you are OK with tlds take them all - $10 or $50 yearly makes no big difference compared to design/content/seo expenses while considerably improving your niche presence if you are going to sell the product not just make cents on Adsense

Also if you want, you can reg "Electric-Cigarette.net", it is available and have 40K monthly exact searches.
