TOPandHOT.com is a multi-purpose domain name; it can be used as a magazine site, an ecommerce site, or any other site idea you know "top" and "hot" could be aplied to.
I saw a site: TopHot.com being priced at 30k. So this kept me wondering what mine could worth.

Just because something is PRICED at a high amount does not automatically make a domain name that is similar even come close. Most likely the guy who priced that will hold it for years on end OR let it drop because he never got not one stinkin offer for it.

Lots of newbies see domain values as to what they are listed for and this is a bad thing to do by. Your domain to me personally has no value at all. Just random words put together WITH the word "and" and that is something you may want to stay away from.
