Help in finding name of tv series

Hi all i have a really bad description of a show i watched when i was younger and i need help finding out what it was called.

Basically its based in this solar system with a few different planets, fire, ice, desert etc.

It starts off where the people of the desert planet have gone to the ice planet to steal needed ice for water when strange aliens never seen before appear.

Later on in the series they find that their planets have engines (wierd i know) and they can move there planets...


Can anyone remember anything like that?

No its nothing stupid like that, it was computer graphics too like starship troopers series only done differently.
