HELP!!! Having real problems with ioncube

Hi Guys,

I bought a site however the hosting has run out so I went to transfer it to godaddy hosting.
Hosting account setup ok yet when I went to upload the files I was told that I need to have ioncube loader installed.
Ive tried uploading the ioncube files yet the problem remains.
I would really appreciate some help as I'm going to start losing traffic very soon
