Hi everyone,

I wanted to reach out and get some advice from those with more experience in the domain space.

For the past few months, I’ve been working with an older client, mainly helping him with website-related tasks and some basic marketing. Recently, he decided to liquidate a portfolio of aged domains and asked me to take care of the process.

To be honest, domain selling is completely new territory for me. When I told him that, his answer was simply: “Figure it out and learn.”

The portfolio includes domains that are around 25–30 years old, with a mix of brandable names and some niche-focused ones. I’ve already started listing a few on marketplaces like Afternic and doing some manual outreach, but I feel like I’m just scratching the surface.

I’d really value some input from experienced members here:

- What’s the best strategy for selling aged domains?
- As a beginner, where should I focus my efforts first?
- Are there any common mistakes I should be careful to avoid?

Also, if anyone is open to reviewing a few domains and sharing honest feedback, I’d truly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.
