Help, any one have access to registerfly.com?

I have this domain katropa.com that expires March 13, 2007 I have tried to pay last march 5 via paypal but their system don't renew my domain, but the transaction from paypal was completed.

I really need to pay the said domain because this is my main site, and I tried to use directly my visa card and the message success and the money deducted from my visa card, when I tried to login this morning I found out that the site was not renewed.... I pay it again from paypal and paypal recorded that the transaction is completed but the domain still not renewed and after 3 hours the domain expired and my site is down... Where my money goes I pay $27 more less and still I don't get my domain...

Any one here have access or contact at registerfly.com please will you help me tell them about this I have created a ticket and report this problem and don't get any response from them.

Friend, I think you need to take a look at Registerflies.com (note the plural.) There are a lot of people in your situation, it is a huge mess. Registerflies.com is a forum just for the problems at Registerfly. There are a number of threads here at namepros, also - use the search box above for "registerfly".

The bad news - you may have lost some or all of the renewal money. This is very unclear at the moment. Do not send any more money to them, until the situation becomes clear.

The good news - Particularly since it has just expired, you probably will eventually get your name back. Most Registerfly names are not being deleted while the situation is in process.
