Hello All,

Anyone please help a newb?

Has on line business anything to do with Companies House? Has a Co. to be reg'd there?
Are web trademarks under the same rules etc as any other form of advertising?
I know that a dn is reg'd with app. authority, by the broker - but when a site is up and running - are there any more legal reqmnts?

Thankyou for any replies.

It all depends on your location. I live in the UNited States in a state that allows you to run a business without legally declaring the business upfront. As long as you pay the taxes for the income of the business, you're all set (assuming you are a sole-proprietor or part of a general partnership). You dont have to have a specific building for your business, you can run it out of your basement if you wanted to.

With this being said, I am not sure of the laws in England, and encourage you to search through your governments website for laws regarding the launching of a business into mainstream commerce.

Best of luck with the business

-Steve
