I have a problem and I'm hoping someone here can
help me fix it.
I am trying to fix up my new directory linkhole.com
problem is, my FF and IE are telling me there is no such site,
when I use a proxy it tells me "cant find server. "
HOWEVER, when I use another computer it goes directly to the site
with no problems and displays fine.
I have already been in contact with my host and all is well on that end,
and judging by the fact it works on any other computer - seems like
it's an issue with mine.
Now the strange part - it didn't work for 2 days, but about an hour ago it
worked long enough for me to make a few changes. When I came back to
it later, again it has resorted back to "cannot be found check connections..blah blah...
I have already cleared cache, flushed dns, restarted computer and internet connection and nada...
So, if you can suggest something that works, I will send you 100NP$
thanks :)

Have you checked the website's DNS is setup correctly?

As for dns - it did resolve, a few times...I was able to use
it then it just stopped working again - only just on my computer!
It has currently fixed itself, again, we'll see what happens.
Thanks for the replies/pm's.

Edit: still playing games, it seems when it does come around
and I visit it once, when I leave the site, I can't get back to it!
I have done suggestions through PM's regarding firewalls,
unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the issue :-/
Anyone else have something I can try? Keep in mind it will show
on your computer, just not mine! I can access files through
File Manager if it's necessary.
