in any event, how did you assess value of those websites, prior to marketing for sale?

Yes, they have content on them and are earning a bit of cash. In order to assess value I have averaged the profit over the course of the last 3 months and multiplied by 10. I read somewhere that was usually what they are going for, am I correct?
