Hello! I need a portfolio

Hello,
I am going to try and build a portfolio on my website.
I have offered this various times on NP and I was quite successful, however most of the work was simply correcting errors on existing sites, and I can't really add that stuff to a portfolio .

So I am looking to work on projects that are in the $50 - $300 range preferably.

For sites I can

[$]Custom code the script using PHP, mySQL and some javascript (still learning).
[$]All pages will be coded in XHTML/CSS (if requested (added cost)).

As I mentioned above I don't yet have a portfolio so I can't show you examples of my work. But hopefully my itrader will speak for itself.
