The "paws" and "belts (a.k.a. ribbons)" are charity ribbons... you can buy one for 400NP$ a piece, and all money donated goes to charity that you pick to get the ribbon for

The green bar, is a reputation bar (you can add the people reputation by clicking on the set of scales to the left of someones post (under their details))
