Hello @murthykmd .. first of all .. welcome to NamePros!

I definitely agree with @J Sokol and @WatchDogue .. you'll really want to take some time to do a lot of reading around the forums before investing too much. Best place to start would likely be here:

From there just start looking around and expanding your knowledge base. There's also a few podcasts and blogs to learn from as well.
