Hello!

Recommend you determine what particular niche or area of domaining you are interested in pursuing and, search out same and read all you can posted by others already in that niche or area.

Then you can formulate opinions and plans based on the experiences of others with similar interests
to your own interests.

Welcome to NamePros!

Hello @murthykmd - nice to have you at NamePros. Best advice to beginners: Read a lot, buy slowly, be patient. It generally takes some time for the "earning" part of this business to kick.

Good luck!

Hello @murthykmd .. first of all .. welcome to NamePros!

I definitely agree with @J Sokol and @WatchDogue .. you'll really want to take some time to do a lot of reading around the forums before investing too much. Best place to start would likely be here:

https://www.namepros.com/threads/popular-beginner-discussions.844937/
and
https://www.namepros.com/forums/domain-beginners.25/

From there just start looking around and expanding your knowledge base. There's also a few podcasts and blogs to learn from as well.

Best of luck to you going forward!
