Header Art for Logo: GameYell.com

Hey everyone,

I have comissioned a professional artist to design a Logo header for GameYell.com and I'd like to show you what he's done so far (less than 24 hours) For right now, It's only Gordon freeman and a rough sketch, I am paying half after the rough draft and half after i recieve the final files.

its great

it has a decent amount of perspective/depth, good proportion.
only thing i can thing of is gordon isnt all muscly.

still, very nice so far, if he can polish it iff well, you should be well pleased :D

It's ok for a rough draft, but in contrary to post 1, the porportions are a little off. The hands for example take up for space then the head. Also the muslces are a bit overdone if I remember from images of Gordon Freeman.

Besides those things, it is coming out ok.

His hands are swollen from a Bug bite, and so are his muscles...lol..

That is amazing. How much are you paying? It definately looks like it is worth the money. What I like is it is original yet game-like all at the same time.

Looks pretty darn good to me. The proportions and scale are dead on.

A new update will be on the way Thursday or friday, this is when I am expecting an almost complete draft, and then after I okay everything, he'll begin the finishing process.

Gordon will be bursting out of the TV, while a few people are playing the game.

Yes, that looks really cool, but he isnt that built.

Yes, I will Colorize it via Photoshop and perhaps add in some extra lighting effects via Painter.

- Gordon may not be that big, how-ever, he does have muscles and is fairly big to begin with (Muscle wise)
