I don't see a realistic way that it will sell for such an amount.
Maybe only if an exact match high value company/start up will want the .com and be willing to spend a lot of money, but the chance for that is extremely low.

i agree with @Lord Antares this is a mid to high $xxxx sale no doubt. You might be able to hold for a five figure but definitely a four figure sale. Good luck.
