I reside in a country where Paypal isn't functional and our credit cards or should i say debit cards are local so you can't use them for online transactions , so i wanted to buy domains through godaddy and they advised me to do a bankwire as that would be the best option for me , so i did the bank wire transfer of $100 to godaddy about 4days ago and i felt relieved knowing that i finally past the paypal/credit card obstacle ,some days later (Today) i came across an article concerning how godaddy users are migrating en masse to other domain registrants because godaddy supports SOPA or something (i don't really understand) . My problem now is this , I wanted to buy domains through godaddy and then sell the domain names to companies i believe would be interested in the names as they are catchy and unique but now i don't know if any company would want to buy the domains considering the fact that they would be registered on godaddy . So am i trapped or is there some other way to get out or should i just hope this whole saga fizzles out

You can transfer the domain out from GoDaddy on the 61st day after registration.

Thanks but thats like a very long time from now considering the fact that my domains are only some few days old . My question now is : would this whole godaddy SOPA scandal be bad for selling domains registered on godaddy ?
