Have 2 domains now

I'm new at this and recently bought hartfordhydraulics.com as my first domain, for $5.17. Never got a response from business owner so I lowered price to $99 and have it on sale at GoDaddy. It's valued by the site at $939 but I hear that you can't really go by those valuations. My real question is this: did I make a good investment today of $12.17 by buying australiasailing.com? Any ballpark estimates of how much I should price it as?
