domain hate.info ?

I just acquired hate.info.
It was regged since .info inception.

I'm in the process of utilizing wordpress or phpbb to create an environment for users to vent.

I'm debating if I should sell the domain for a profit or continue its development efforts. Its of course taking longer than I thought.

Any feedback and/or price appraisals would be much appreciated. thx!

I would appraise this in the range $500-600 to $1,000-$1,500 depending on buyer. (no development).
