Has or does anyone use HostGator?

I'm looking to find a reseller host. Has anyone use or is any using HostGator dot com? Are they reliable? To they provide good service and support?

I have never used them but I am familiar with them and the owners.
I would say they are reliable and you should have no support problems.

well I used them a few months back and to be totally honest they were absolute rubbish, they provided me with whmauto which stopped working, sites were down quite alot and the support there would be like 15 minute intervals between answers to simple questions..

I have a reseller account with them (for my own sites)

And i must say there support is pretty good for the 5 or 6 times i have dealt with them.

Not had any major problems to try and get them to fix so could not say anything about that.

They are a good reliable host. I have used them before. But if your site's uses to much cpu etc they will kick you very fast. And if they have a problem with your account on a server they will just close your account and not fix it that is what they did to me. Someone was trying to hack my site over and over again so they finally just closed my account so they didn't have to block the attempts any more lazy people lol. They should have stopped it.

I just signed up with them the other day, got a dedicated server. everything went smooth, the next day a rep from there called me just to see how everything went during signup. so far so good.

i suggest using hostrocket they are so great if you do please access there ad from my forum www.bumrecords.net/forums since i am on there affiliate plan

oh and Im not biased just cause Im on there affiliate plan because i current am hosted by them and have not one single problem
