Has anyone used Golem.eu yet?

I found this site after looking up .eu sales on Namebio, and it seems most of the .eu and some other European tlds get a lot of sales through them. I posted my .eu and .de domains there, but nothing yet. Just wondering if anyone else has any experience with them.

I know this was posted back in june but ive tried posting my .eu domains on golem but it always says my domain is offline in the statistics page. However, works perfectly if i goto the url

I sold a domain on golem.eu months ago. Has already been transferred to the buyer, but after that they stopped responding and I do not know how to receive the payment from them. They do not respond to emails, the live chat and facebook page are gone. Any suggestions?
