Has any affiliate ever received a payout from 101domain?

I've had a > $100 affiliate earnings balance with 101domain since November 2015. Haven't been paid. I've contacted 101domain support a number of times, have not received any response.

Has anyone else experienced the same, or successfully received a payout?
