Have this one parked with low level of type-in.
Downside for me is that there aren't great keywords in it
Upside is that it describes symptoms of common group of ailments: asthma, COPD, seasonal allergy so nice ads.

Not sure whether to sell or develop. Any thoughts on valuation?

I would say low $xxx

But a good candidate for development – you could develop a site that covers many ailments and use the appropriate keywords within those sectors.

it falls in the middle of my dev. list. and parked it is only making up to 2x reg. Maybe mini-site for now.
