domain thehottech.com and gosubuilds.com

Hey everyone,

Ok, so I am new to all of this and was wondering if either of these sites had any resale value.

thehottech.com

-Registered this domain name a little bit ago, but never really did anything with it.

gosubuilds.com

-This was my first site that I made on wordpress. It gets around 8,000 uniques a month. The downside to it is that I haven't really found a good way to monetize it, other than ads.

I would keep working on the website and ask around the forums the best way to monetize it

I dont see any value in the thehottech.com, try and avoid putting "the" in a domain, especially when you are new to the industry

The website is for a strategy game, where you need build orders. gosu means good, so I combined em and branded gosubuilds.
