The few people I know who got the iPhone were disappointed as it was actually worse than there previous phone. personally I prefer the Blackberry.

Why people look at the iPhone and try and hail it as the best phone available as if that should be some type of objective award I don't know! iPhone is a decent device, suits some better than others and really doesn't have too much of a market to compare it too effectively.

The limited texting capabilities annoyed them, but most just seem to prefer a normal mobile for ease of use.
