Whether Google cause any trouble for the domain owner or not its still enough to put potential buyers off. I'd say you'd be lucky to get $10-$20 for it on the forums, otherwise i'd suggest following Etab's advise and contact your registrar.

Sorry, but I can't see any value in the name unless you find an end user who wants to create an site about how to hack Gmail. TM issues as well
